Salmon, zucchini and bowtie platter

Broiled Salmon, bowtie noodles and mixed zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Salmon Filette
  • Bowtie noodles
  • Zucchini
  • Seasoned with salt, parsley, 1 cube chicken bouillon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  • Combined salmon with salt, parsley, and add a cube of chicken bouillon (optional).
  • Broil salmon in olive oil and cook in sauce pan for 8 minutes on reduced heat.
  • Boil noodles according to directions written on package.
  • Wash and slice zucchini, steam for 3 minutes.
  • Serve salmon, noodles and zucchini in a platter.
