Easy and Quick Tiramisu Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 70g brown sugar
  • 250g masarpone
  • Coffee to taste
  • Cocoa to taste
  • 12 ladyfingers

Directions:

  • Beat the yolks with the sugar, add the mascarpone until it’s a thick, compact cream.
  • Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee.
  • Lay soaked ladyfingers in pyrex dish.
  • Spread the mascarpone on top of ladyfingers in pyrex dish.
  • Repeat until you have 2 layers.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
