SWEET MASO YELLOW YAMS

Sweet maso yellow yams are commonly found in the tropical regions of the world and commonly eating by individuals of these areas.     Its good to have when cooked just like regular yams, potatoes or canned yams. Delicious with steaks or fish of your choice.

    I was fortunate to eat some of these products like “sweet yellow yams” described above. It’s called “maso” in some parts of tropical islands. They are very delicious and edible alongside different vegetable sauces blended with fish, beef or chicken.
