Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- Paprika
- Smoked paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Honey
- Jasmine white rice
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Chives
Directions:
- Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and season them with paprika, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of honey.
- Create a boat shape using foil paper to prevent the liquid from the salmon from spilling around, and secure the edges.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned salmon cubes in the foil boat inside the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon cubes to the other side and add more honey if desired. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the salmon cubes become crispy.
- While the salmon cooks, prepare jasmine white rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites on a plate alongside cooked jasmine brown rice.
- Top with sliced avocado, sesame seeds, and chives for the ultimate flavor combination.
