Chicken and Couscous Platter

Skillet pan cooked chicken + couscous mixed with dried cranberries and shredded carrots + sliced kiwi

Ingredients

  • Chicken drum sticks
  • Seasoned with salt, pepper, 1 cube chicken bouillon and paprika
  • Steamed Couscous with shredded carrots and dried cranberries
  • Sliced kiwi

Directions:

  • Season chicken drum sticks with a mixture of salt, pepper, paprika, and add a cube of chicken bouillon.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken until well cooked (35 to 45 mins) and let it fry to brown.
  • Prepare couscous according to package instructions or your preferred method. Add shredded carrots and dried cranberries, stir with a fork and cover for 3 mins.
  • Slice kiwi to add fruity goodness to your platter.
