Broiled Chicken and Microwave Wedge Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Skinless Chicken breasts
  • Seasoned with salt, parsley, 1 cube chicken bouillon and paprika
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  • Combined chicken with salt, parsley, paprika, and add a cube of chicken bouillon (optional).
  • Brown chicken in olive oil, add 3/4 c. water and cook for 45 mins in reduced heat.
  • Wash and cut up potatoes in wedges.
  • Microwave for 5 mins.
  • Serve chicken and potatoes in a platter.
