Ground Chicken, Broccoli and mixed Veggie

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken
  • Seasoned with salt, parsley, 1 cube chicken bouillon and paprika
  • 1 bag mixed Veggies
  • 1/4 lb. Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  • Combined ground chicken with a mixture of salt, parsley, paprika, and add a cube of chicken bouillon (optional).
  • Sauté ground chicken and olive oil in a wok.
  • Stir for 5 to 6 mins.
  • Add in mixed veggies and broccoli florets.
  • Serve in a platter with steamed rice or noodles.
