Ground Chicken, Broccoli and Veggie Platter

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground Chicken
  • Seasoned with salt, parsley, 1 cube chicken bouillon and paprika
  • 1 bag coleslaw Veggies
  • 1/4 lb. broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Sliced tomatoes (optional)

Directions:

  • Combined ground chicken with a mixture of salt, parsley, paprika, and add a cube of chicken bouillon (optional).
  • Sauté ground chicken and olive oil in a saucepan.
  • Stir for 5 to 6 mins.
  • Add in coleslaw veggies and broccoli florets.
  • Serve in a platter with steamed rice or noodles.
