Chicken and Veggies Stirred Serve with Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of Chicken breast sliced
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1 or 2 sliced fresh corn
  • Season sliced chicken with salt, parsley, powdered lemon pepper, garlic and onion with a spoon of flour.
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch mixed with water (set aside).
  • 3c. Rice

Directions:

  • In a wok pot heat olive oil, add seasoned sliced chicken.
  • Cook chicken in high heat till golden brown.
  • Remove chicken set aside; add carrot in the wok cook for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the rest of the veggies.
  • Add cooked chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add in corn starch mixture and stir well for 2 minutes, then turn of stove top and set on the side.
  • Boil rice according to directions written on package in a rice cooker.

Serve Chicken and rice in a platter as shown in the image above.
